1.Eating fruit as a Dessert
Eating fruit is always recommended by nutritionists and other people but if you eat fruits after having a meal and you can’t absorb it within 30 minutes, it will cause pain in your stomach leading to further intestine infections.
Smoking is never a good choice to digest your food. Cigarettes contain carcinogens, which cause cancer and tobacco can block the absorption of vitamins and minerals. If you cannot control your urge of smoking, kindly give rest to your body for at least 30 minutes after having a meal.
