Stephen Hawking’s funeral set to take place in Cambridge, the city he loved so much. While his funeral was taking place, his family set up an amazing Easter lunch. More than 50 guests in need sat down to a meal served in his name, it has emerged.
The Hawking family donated money to provide an Easter weekend meal for the hungry and lonely in the city of Cambridge, U.K.
This marked Hawking’s final service to the world.
People crowded the streets outside Great St. Mary’s Church to bid the farewell.
“Today’s lunch is a gift from Stephen… from the Hawking family”.
